Is Love Earned or Innate?

Part 3 of a 6 Part Core Wounds Series, for anyone on a recovery journey feeling disconnected to their soul and/or a higher power. Here, WE ARE NOT DEFECTIVE, rather our mind creates defective thoughts based on false beliefs detrimental to our physical and emotional sobriety. By identifying core wounds, the source of shame-based thoughts becomes clear. When we used to habitually ignore or numb these thoughts away, Today we work to acknowledge, process, and lift away, empowering ourselves to gain deeper spiritual and human connections. In this episode, Nadia shares about a personal false belief she had/has to earn LOVE, rather than the fact WE ARE LOVE and deserve LOVE INNATELY. How did it show up as a child and continue to harm her in adulthood? What does it mean to be love and deserve it innately? How might the false belief pop up today, and what can we do to try and prevent harm? How does this enable a stronger sense of a home within us? LISTEN IN. Nadia's Mantra: TODAY I CHOOSE LOVE (Soul) over fear/judgment (Ego/Mind).
