The Blame Game

The Blame Game - Story Time is for Parents in Recovery, or anyone caring for little ones. There are opportunities every day to transfer lessons learned on our journeys to the next generation. In this episode, Nadia talks about: What is blame? How is blame projecting one's own shame onto another? When is blame ok? When it is not ok? She shares about playing a football game with her kids, how blame showed up and easily could've become shame, as well as how it showed up in her adult life, both within and from others, and the steps she took to transform it into power, ending with a bedtime healing conversation with and for her children.
